Appointment Setter for Mortgage Advisors

Fresh Finance Group – Newcastle-under-Lyme- OFFICE BASED On-site parking | Walking distance from town centre Fresh Finance Group is growing and we’re looking for two ambitious individuals to join our evening team. This is not a high-pressure sales job, and it is not cold calling. We are a regulated Mortgage Broker so success in this role is about professional communication, organisation, and initiative. You will be re-engaging with clients we have lost contact with, booking review appointments for our Mortgage Consultants and helping keep diaries full and organised. You will also be emailing and texting customers, responding to website live chat enquiries and assisting with social media campaigns and lead generation activity. This is a hands-on role. You may even feature in some of our social media campaigns if that is something you would enjoy. We are looking for someone who wants to be involved in the wider growth of the business, not just someone who wants to make calls and go home. Because we operate in a regulated environment, success in this role comes down to excellent timekeeping, strong diary management, the ability to follow process and work compliantly, and being a genuine self-starter. A persuasive communication style is important, but it must be delivered in a professional and responsible way. In return, you will gain valuable experience working within financial services. You will develop skills in client communication, diary management, social media support, campaign activity, and lead generation. You will work closely with qualified Mortgage Advisors and see how the full process works from enquiry to completion. Some of our most successful advisors started in this role. While we cannot promise progression to Mortgage Advisor, we always prefer to recruit from within, and high performers will be given opportunities to grow.
