Video interview recordings
Video recordings are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorised recruitment staff. Recordings are deleted automatically within 24 hours of submission, or immediately upon rejection. We do not share video recordings with third parties.
Retention of recruitment data
If your application is unsuccessful, we retain your application data for up to 12 months in case a suitable role arises. After this period, your data is deleted. If you are appointed, your data transfers to your employee record and is governed by our employee privacy notice.
