Experienced Mortgage Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our growing team at Fresh Finance Group Ltd. Based at our head office in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we are an established brokerage providing tailored financial advice to clients across the UK. This role is suited to someone with at least 12 months’ experience in mortgage and protection advice, who is CeMAP qualified (or equivalent), and confident managing clients independently. Key responsibilities and qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy environment Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proactive approach with good attention to detail Clear and professional written and verbal communication A genuine focus on delivering a high standard of service to clients Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage & Protection sales CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Must be based within 30 minutes of Stoke-on-Trent and able to work from the office What we offer: Competitive salary with bonus scheme Company pension Casual dress Company events Free on-site parking Opportunity for some home working Working hours: Full-time, permanent role.
